WHAT SERVICES DOES ROOM TO CELEBRATE OFFER?
Though we consider ourselves decorators, we're happy to be involved in different aspects of the planning process. We can help coordinate services and/or plan a timeline up through the day of your event. Our role may be acquiring materials to create backdrops, which we then install, or setting up tables and lights. We value communication and we will keep you informed every step along the way.
CAN I STILL BE INVOLVED IN THE DECORATING AND SETUP?
Room To Celebrate works with you. Each job is designed to meet your specific needs. If you want to do all the signage and tailor your very own photo booth, that's awesome! We love sharing ideas and we are happy to assist if you need us. We are there to do the job we have been assigned, off or on-site, but can still lend a hand and adjust our services accordingly.
WHAT IS YOUR RENTAL POLICY?
If you decide to rent from our vintage collection, there is a link to our pricing chart for dishes, flatware, and glassware. The rental costs for larger furnishings and accessories are available upon request. We send out a contract detailing the terms of our agreement, which covers damage or breakage. We charge a delivery/pickup, and cleaning fee since all our dishes, flatware and glasses are washed by hand. We are more than happy to send you a copy of a sample contract.
HOW DO YOU BILL FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Once you decide to hire us, we send out a contract outlining our services along with a timeline. To reserve a place on our schedule, we ask that you send a deposit and pay the balance due either on the day of your event or the following day when we return to breakdown and/or collect any rental equipment.
